Onboarding Advisor, NL Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Guide merchants through a comprehensive onboarding process, starting from account setup and listing launch to achieving their initial verified GMV on eBay.

• Oversee activation pipelines, monitor onboarding milestones, and contribute to targets related to activation, velocity metrics, and operational performance assessments.

• Establish trusted relationships with merchants by proactively identifying and addressing technical, operational, and compliance issues that may hinder growth.

• Utilize eBay systems and tools to document customer interactions, track onboarding progress, and support performance aligned with commercial objectives.

• Offer consultative assistance on marketplace growth strategies, cross-border shipping initiatives, billing configurations, technical integrations, and various aspects of the seller lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Business Development teams and Vertical Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Inform sellers about platform updates, new product launches, and best practices within the marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, account management, sales onboarding, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.

• Proven ability to meet performance objectives, with a solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, activation success, and pipeline management.

• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple onboarding tasks while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proficiency in engaging with international merchants and collaborating across cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

• Familiarity with e-commerce business models, online marketplace operations, multi-channel selling, merchant onboarding protocols, and technical platform integrations.

• Robust problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

• Full fluency in English and either Dutch.

• Willingness to travel as a representative of the eBay brand when necessary.
