On-Call Operations Lead, Scientific Working Groups and Committees

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and oversight for logistics support services.

• Directly manage logistics team members to ensure performance goals are achieved.

• Supervise logistics operations across various committees and working groups.

• Act as the primary logistics liaison for leadership and stakeholders.

• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination for large-scale or federally funded programs.

• Proven experience supporting NIH, HHS, or similar federal programs or research consortia.

• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Azure DevOps).

• Experience in developing standard operating procedures, process documentation, and workflow tools.

• Knowledge of data tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or managing teams of 3 to 6 staff members.
