This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the sales enablement platform strategy, including sharing content and Web Chatbot, ensuring scalable solutions across channels.

• Lead and support sales training for remote and field teams to maximize platform effectiveness.

• Oversee technical integration, content synchronization, and tagging.

• Generate and distribute regular usage reports of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in marketing communication, omnichannel, or related areas.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Proficient in English (reading, speaking, and writing); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

• Strong communicator and team player with experience in complex sales environments.
