This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Consistently adhere to the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Determine supplies and services to procure, identify suitable products from suppliers or service providers, and categorize orders by vendor to enhance shipping and requisition efficiency.
• Execute orders in the Procurement system and initiate the approval process.
• Assist the Customer Service Team with the creation and distribution of purchase orders (PO) to vendors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is received.
• Track the progress of orders placed, notifying the manager of any delays or issues that arise.
• Input shipment details to facilitate initial payment, confirmed by site reception.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Manager, General Manager, or other leadership personnel.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable work environment in GBS at all times.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or accounting, billing, or purchasing is highly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level).
• Employees have the flexibility to work remotely.
