This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver administrative assistance to the team, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documentation.
• Professionally respond to and direct incoming calls and messages.
• Support data entry tasks and ensure records are accurately maintained.
• Organize and schedule virtual meetings and conference calls.
• Create and distribute reports, presentations, and other necessary materials.
• Oversee and update company databases and systems.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Execute general office tasks, including ordering supplies and ensuring office cleanliness.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
