OEM, Government, Data Center Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Victaulic’s products and explore the various ways we can offer solutions to our clients, ensuring their projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Participate actively in local trade organizations and professional associations, aiming to become an integral part of the industry landscape in your designated area.

• Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to create a comprehensive business plan that includes opportunity mapping, sales objectives, promotional strategies, and tactics to enhance your sales performance.

• Foster enduring relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners within your region.

• Strive to understand your customers’ requirements and inform them about the significant advantages that utilizing Victaulic can offer to their projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior sales experience in selling “value-added” products or services, ideally related to the commercial construction sector, PVF industry (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.

• A bachelor's degree is required upon entry.

• Proven track record of sales achievements and a history of cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships.

• A competitive spirit, demonstrating both adaptability and resilience.

• Self-motivated and driven to attain success.

• Display confidence, maintain a professional demeanor, and present an engaging and friendly personality.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and a knack for creative thinking.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with solid project management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel, as certain territories may necessitate more overnight travel than others.
