This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead business development initiatives for CAMP by establishing yourself as a trusted colleague and on-site representative for a significant CAMP partnership.

• Assess the needs of the partnership through relationship building, identify the overall impact on the business, and collaborate to create solutions or escalate any issues.

• Facilitate on-site deliveries of new aircraft and work to convert these customers to CAMP through presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value provided by the CAMP service.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the relationship with this key partner, drive new business, and increase our overall value.

• Collaborate across departments with our Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the partner receives the best possible experience related to CAMP’s services.

• Gain expertise in CAMP's external and internal products and develop a comprehensive understanding of the CAMP enterprise solution.

• Comprehend customer requirements and tailor CAMP’s product offerings to enhance efficiency and satisfy customer specifications.

• Clearly communicate features and differentiate CAMP’s product offerings for both new and existing CAMP customers.

• Prepare and deliver targeted presentations.

• Document, manage, and track customer issues until they are fully resolved.

• Conduct follow-ups on customer issue requests after resolution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in aviation maintenance, aviation management, technology engineering, consulting, or professional services, or a similar combination of these fields.

• Preferably experienced with helicopters.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including regulations applicable to Air Carriers.

• Experience in conducting needs assessments and making recommendations based on identified requirements.

• Must be an active and positive team player.

• Ability to be self-sufficient and self-reliant: Manage time and travel, handle workload, and plan/organize effectively.

• Strong ability to present and engage with clients.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian or French is a plus.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
