This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive growth in the enterprise business throughout the Southern European region, encompassing enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.
• Collaborate closely with OEMs to spearhead funnel development, monitor pipeline progression, and enhance revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Engage and lead enterprise and distribution teams within partner organizations, executing strategic programs in partnership with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.
• Work alongside NVIDIA's global OEM and distribution teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of worldwide initiatives within the region.
• Empower OEM enterprise teams to effectively position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with NVIDIA’s primary initiatives and OEM priorities across the entire enterprise portfolio, including hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate across the broader ecosystem by linking OEMs, channel partners, and NVIDIA internal teams to enhance execution and business results.
• Maintain precise forecasting, business reporting, and transparency of the pipeline across the region.
• Travel throughout Southern Europe as required, with a target of exceeding 30% of the time.
• Report to the Alliances & OEMs EMEA organization while closely partnering with regional NVIDIA sales and channel teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise OEM business development and partner network engagement within the IT sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution in OEM environments.
• Ability to lead a complex partner ecosystem, foster positive relationships, and effectively position NVIDIA enterprise solutions throughout the territory.
• Capability to balance operational execution with overarching strategic priorities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and impart knowledge effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• Self-driven, execution-oriented, and highly collaborative, exhibiting strong energy and enthusiasm for the business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, international business, or a related field; a technical or computer science background is a plus.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional Southern European languages is advantageous.
