• Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM accounts to meet sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate targeted markets and sectors.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at software firms, comprehending their integration and automation needs while delivering customized solutions.
• Partner with internal teams, such as product, marketing, and partner success, to ensure alignment with client requirements and market expectations.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition of our platform to prospective partners.
• Diligently track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends utilizing CRM tools.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, especially within the technology/software sector.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in selling OEM solutions or partnership programs is highly advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise account sales.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Driven with a strong desire to surpass sales goals and foster revenue growth.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, along with a sharp attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary. This position is Remote Based - Singapore.
