• Act as the main point of contact for Marine and RV OEM customers, overseeing incoming inquiries and ongoing account requirements.
• Actively seek and engage new OEM opportunities within boat manufacturers, RV manufacturers, and upfitters.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to comprehend electrical system needs, space limitations, and integration requirements for marine and RV applications.
• Inform customers about lithium battery solutions, highlighting performance benefits, safety aspects, weight reductions, and off-grid capabilities.
• Provide customized application recommendations.
• Build and oversee a strong OEM sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Generate quotes, volume pricing, and long-term supply agreements in accordance with production timelines.
• Work in coordination with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and timely deliveries.
• Assist in product testing, validation, and feedback processes with OEM partners.
• Sustain strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts to promote repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing on OEM-centered initiatives, trade shows, and product launches in the marine and RV sectors.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, including advancements in marine electrification, RV off-grid systems, and lithium battery technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in OEM, B2B, or manufacturing settings.
• At least 3 years of experience in the marine, RV, automotive, or mobile power sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with 12V/24V/48V electrical systems, battery integration, and off-grid power solutions is advantageous.
• Strong capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage extended sales cycles and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working collaboratively across functions.
