This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement account strategies that enhance revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the success of long-term partnerships with assigned OEM accounts.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in engineering, procurement, operations, aftermarket, and executive roles within OEM organizations.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new opportunities for Sy-Klone solutions across existing OEM platforms, product lines, and business units.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering and Product Development teams to comprehend customer requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Assist in the introduction of new products, engineering modifications, qualification testing, and product validation activities alongside OEM customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure that customer requirements, project timelines, and deliverables are met successfully.
• Oversee customer contracts, pricing agreements, commercial terms, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Track customer forecasts, industry trends, competitive actions, and market developments to uncover risks and growth prospects.
• Maintain precise account plans, forecasts, opportunities, and customer activities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and channel partners to assist with OEM dealer and aftermarket opportunities where applicable.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Support teams to guarantee product quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Sy-Klone at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience managing OEM accounts, strategic customer relationships, or business development within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and fostering long-term customer relationships within complex OEM organizations.
• Ability to comprehend technical products and applications and effectively communicate their value to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting customer qualification, testing, product development, or implementation tasks.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in account planning, forecasting, pricing, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in analyzing customer, market, and sales data to support decision-making and account growth strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer facilities, testing sites, and industry events.
• Experience in high-growth or small company environments is strongly preferred.
