Odoo Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to create custom Odoo modules and tailor the system to meet company needs.

• Design and implement APIs and interfaces to integrate external tools into the Odoo ecosystem.

• Evaluate current workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and digitize/automate processes within Odoo.

• Offer technical support during the transition from cosmetics to food supplement production and model new production processes in Odoo.

• Work in collaboration with Customer Support, Quality Management (QM), Product Development, Production, and Logistics to implement their processes in the system.

• Assist in the development of scalable IT and process frameworks.

• Conduct tests on developments, ensure code quality, and document modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming language.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, XML, and HTML.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with the Odoo framework.

• Ideally, experience with Odoo modules related to Inventory/Logistics and Helpdesk/CRM.

• Extensive experience in Inventory/Logistics (Inventory).

• Significant experience in Accounting/Invoicing.

• Ideally, knowledge of Manufacturing processes.

• Strong grasp of business processes.

• Eagerness and capability to communicate effectively with business departments and comprehend their processes.
