This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Design and implement organizational development and employee engagement strategies throughout the company.
• Aim to enhance workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and overall employee engagement via structured programs, surveys, and interventions.
• Oversee and manage the annual employee engagement (StiBa) survey process.
• Assist managers throughout the survey process, which includes preparation, feedback, and action planning.
• Advise leadership on creating and monitoring engagement action plans.
• Conduct workshops, discussions, and engagement sessions across various teams.
• Analyze survey results and generate clear reports and presentations.
• Coordinate communication and engagement campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison with global VW engagement networks.
• Aid in the execution of group-wide engagement initiatives and recommendations.
• Facilitate organizational development, cultural, and learning interventions.
• Identify challenges related to team culture and offer solutions.
• Organize engagement activities, including workshops and team events.
• Collaborate with internal communications to ensure effective messaging.
• Manage budgets pertaining to organizational development and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor progress and evaluate the impact of engagement programs.
• A Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Development.
• Professional registration (e.g., Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in Training and Development, HR Consulting, or Assessment and Diagnostics.
• Experience with employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, analytical, and facilitation capabilities.
• Skills in conflict management.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Adaptable and self-motivated individual.
