This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan that encompasses change management, training, and communication strategies to ensure uniformity in the adoption of change throughout the organization.
• Identify possible sources of resistance to change and formulate strategies to mitigate this resistance, addressing concerns and uncertainties to promote a positive reception of change.
• Design tailored change management plans for employee training and orientation, aimed at minimizing resistance and maximizing the effective use of new initiatives.
• Demonstrate a strong capability to perform change impact analyses to customize change interventions for stakeholder groups needing support in embracing new operational methods.
• Lead the creation and development of stakeholder maps to gain a clear understanding of the client audience landscape.
• Activate and mobilize change agent networks as necessary to expedite the adoption of new transformations among clients facing significant change impacts.
• Exhibit the ability to scale and adapt strategies as required to ensure effective execution of dynamic organizational change initiatives.
• Formulate a role-based training plan utilizing an established content development methodology.
• Collaborate with client teams to generate detailed training schedules and participant lists, and work closely with the Training/Learning lead to create a viable training plan.
• Monitor and provide regular updates on the status of change management and training activities.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in change management, ideally with large-scale organizational change projects.
• Experience in Digital Transformation implementations is advantageous.
• A comprehensive understanding of the change process and how individuals experience change.
• Familiarity with ADKAR and PROSCI certification is a plus.
• CCMP credentials are desirable.
• Knowledge of the phases and project management methodologies relevant to a software implementation project lifecycle, including SDLC, waterfall, and Agile.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong active listening abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively at all organizational levels and collaborate with others.
• Proficiency in influencing others and guiding them toward a shared vision or objective.
• Occasional travel to client sites.
