Nursing Recruiter, Healthcare Staffing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create focused recruitment strategies to draw qualified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) from across the nation using a variety of tools and channels.

• Lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring process for HCPs throughout the US, ensuring timely communication both inbound and outbound.

• Regularly meet performance targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Develop a strong pipeline by actively sourcing and screening HCPs through multiple methods, such as cold calling, leads, social media, and referrals.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned HCPs, guiding them through every phase of the placement life cycle, including all pre-employment tasks like resume enhancement and reference verification, assisting with submissions, interviews, compliance, travel, and assignments, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that promotes retention.

• Evaluate HCP qualifications by thoroughly verifying licenses, experience, and education against specified criteria.

• Clearly communicate compensation packages and emphasize the personal and professional benefits of a travel career to prospective candidates.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams such as compliance and payroll to ensure HCPs meet client expectations and receive prompt, accurate compensation.

• Collaborate with Sales/Account Management to uncover new client opportunities and focus on specific clinical expertise for future staffing requirements.

• Engage actively in training sessions, meetings, and events to remain informed and involved.

• Positively contribute to team morale and uphold the Triage culture of excellence.
