This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Delivering exceptional physical, emotional, social, and educational care.

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children at all times.

• Designing activities tailored to children’s unique needs, interests, and developmental stages.

• Serving as a key person and keeping precise records of learning and development.

• Collaborating effectively with the Nursery Manager, Room Leaders, and the broader team.

• Adhering to nursery policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

• Participating in training, staff meetings, parent evenings, and nursery events as needed.

• A recognized Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• A nurturing, caring, and child-focused approach.

• A solid understanding of safeguarding practices and children's welfare.

• Capability to support individual learning and development effectively.

• Confident in communicating with children, families, and colleagues.

• Dependability, flexibility, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
