This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Conduct virtual patient consultations, delivering personalized and compassionate care.

• Prescribe FDA-approved hormone and non-hormonal treatments when clinically indicated.

• Create detailed treatment plans that incorporate lifestyle and behavioral suggestions through the Stella app.

• Oversee ongoing patient care, including adjustments to prescriptions and monitoring of symptoms.

• Work alongside physicians and pharmacists to manage intricate cases and ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in chart audits to ensure compliance and maintain clinical excellence.

• Engage in weekly clinical education to enhance your knowledge in women's midlife health.

• Cultivate relationships with potential referral partners and contribute to brand awareness initiatives.

• Assist in shaping the future of menopause care within a growing digital health organization.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state - *multiple state licenses are highly preferred.*

• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) working as a Nurse Practitioner in:

• Primary Care.

• Women's Health.

• Gynecology.

• Midlife women's health.

• At least 1-2 years of experience providing care in a telehealth environment.

• Capability to work autonomously and make informed clinical decisions.

• High level of proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools).

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting women through midlife transitions.

• Flexible part-time scheduling to promote work-life balance.

• Weekly accredited clinical education sessions.
