
Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant β Flexible Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Perform virtual assessments of patients and gather medical histories.
β’ Identify and manage obesity along with associated chronic conditions.
β’ Prescribe and oversee medications in line with clinical protocols and supervision standards.
β’ Create, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans.
β’ Track patient progress, safety, and responses to treatment.
β’ Educate patients on both medical and behavioral aspects of obesity management.
β’ Address clinical concerns and modify care as necessary.
β’ Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams and engage in case reviews.
β’ Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation within the EHR.
β’ Adhere to telehealth, prescribing, and compliance regulations.
β’ Valid PA-C or NP license along with a DEA in good standing (mandatory).
β’ Preference is given to candidates from these states: CT, MD, NC, NH, OH, RI, TX, VA, VT.
β’ NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program.
β’ Eligibility for telehealth services in designated states.
β’ Experience in primary care, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or chronic disease management (preferred).
β’ Experience with telehealth services (preferred).
β’ Strong clinical judgment is essential.
β’ Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions.
β’ Comfortable with established protocols and supervision requirements.
β’ Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
β’ Proficiency in EHR and telehealth platforms.
β’ Access to reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
β’ Flexible schedule.
