Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Flexible Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Perform virtual assessments of patients and gather their medical histories.

• Diagnose and oversee the management of obesity and associated chronic conditions.

• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with established clinical protocols and supervision guidelines.

• Create, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans.

• Track patient progress, safety, and responses to treatment.

• Provide education to patients regarding the medical and behavioral facets of obesity care.

• Address clinical concerns appropriately and modify care as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams and engage in case reviews.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

• Adhere to telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP license and DEA registration in good standing (mandatory).

• Preference for candidates located in CT, MD, NC, NH, OH, RI, TX, VA, VT.

• NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program.

• Eligibility for telehealth in assigned states.

• Experience in primary care, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or chronic disease management (preferred).

• Previous telehealth experience (preferred).

• Strong clinical decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions.

• Comfortable with established protocols and supervision requirements.

• A team-oriented and collaborative approach.

• Proficient in EHR and telehealth platforms.

• Access to reliable internet and a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.
