This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in the comfort of patients' homes

• Interact with individuals within their own living environments

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary

• Bring compassion and care to each interaction

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a valued clinical partner

• Valid and unrestricted license(s) in the Portland coverage area(s)

• Board certification is mandatory

• Multi-state licenses are preferred
