• Conduct health evaluations in the comfort of patients' homes.

• Interact with individuals in their residential settings.

• Facilitate virtual consultations when necessary.

• Review patients' medication and medical histories.

• Utilize an intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations.

• Provide flexible and comprehensive health assessments to patients.

• Hold an active and unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Possess board certification (mandatory).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
