Nurse Practitioner, Home Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients via our virtual care platform;

• Request laboratory tests and analyze the findings;

• Document patient information in the EMR;

• Assist in enhancing the overall patient experience continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with an advanced practice focus, along with a complementary diploma in primary care.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in primary care;

• Proficient communication skills in both French and English, in written and spoken forms;

• Must hold a valid license in Quebec;

• Experience in HIV prevention and/or working with the LGBTQ2S+ community.
