Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing inclusive and expert virtual care through scheduled synchronous consultations using our virtual care platform.

• Conducting thorough assessments for PrEP, DoxyPEP, STI prevention/treatment, and HIV-related care, which include health history, risk evaluation, and psychosocial assessment.

• Offering supportive, affirming education on HIV/STI prevention, risk reduction strategies, medication adherence, and testing procedures.

• Delivering prompt asynchronous care, which encompasses ordering labs and diagnostics, interpreting results, prescribing medications, documenting, and completing clinical follow-ups.

• Keeping precise and comprehensive records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), utilizing virtual tools for charting, prescribing, communication, and ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Collaborating with and serving as a resource for our team of Registered Nurses and support staff, including managing clinical escalations for complex cases as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Nursing alongside a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma.

• Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in a minimum of 10 states.

• Over 2 years of experience in sexual health.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to empathetic care delivery.

• Experience in HIV prevention and/or working with the LGBTQ2IA+ community.

• Willingness to work within a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
