Nurse Practitioner, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivers comprehensive remote virtual care management for serious illnesses to patients and their families.

• Collaborates with medical personnel and other members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) as necessary to guarantee exceptional patient care.

• Conducts virtual assessments to determine the needs of patients, families, and caregivers.

• Identifies, manages, and prescribes medications and equipment as deemed appropriate.

• Evaluates the caregiver’s capacity to address the patient’s immediate needs and their confidence in the established care plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience is required.

• Significant experience in hospice, palliative care, and/or acute inpatient settings.

• Must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program.

• National certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority from the relevant governing body for advanced nursing practice in their home state and in other states where care is rendered is mandatory.

• Basic Life Support certification from an approved organization is required to be held and maintained.
