Nurse Practitioner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess potential new patients during a telemedicine consultation.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of medical history and medications, and record it in the EHR.

• Assist patients in their journey towards disease reversal and enhanced health.

• Track the patient’s daily biomarkers, modify medications, and arrange follow-up appointments as necessary with appropriate EHR documentation.

• Dedicate yourself to delivering the highest standard of care and patient experience while collaborating with the coach.

• Board certification in a pertinent specialty.

• Unrestricted medical license for the state.

• Strong enthusiasm for the science behind Revero.

• Proficient technological skills to navigate various digital and virtual care platforms.
