• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and NP students to enhance their clinical practice and elevate their professional journeys.

• Reinforce essential clinical competencies in patient care, treatment planning, and medication prescribing.

• Assist students in navigating certification prerequisites.

• Provide support for the professional aspect of their journey, including resume critiques, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and networking strategies.

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles.
