Nurse Practitioner, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings, perform medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions, and offer health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically appropriate.

• Reach out to members who are experiencing chronic health issues based on historical and suspected health data.

• Engage with members who are less likely to visit their primary care physician (PCP).

• Identify opportunities in the member's medical journey that can be enhanced by improving their access to care with a licensed provider.

• Gain cross-training in urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.

• Interact with members through virtual means, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• PA or DNP, FNP, ENP from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

• Compact RN (for NP only).

• Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures.

• PA: Must be licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio.

• NP: Must be licensed in at least two of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey.

• Bilingual - fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Ability to acquire licensure in additional states.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
