This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Delivering thorough sleep medicine services through telemedicine platforms.
• Accurately documenting patient interactions utilizing our tailored electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Implementing relevant billing procedures.
• Engaging in quality control and enhancement initiatives.
• Promptly responding to patient messages and calls.
• Coordinating referrals to other healthcare providers and medical institutions.
• Staying updated with and adhering to AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in clinical decision-making and care.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is essential for candidates looking to start within a month.
• Candidates without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program—a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is required before commencing work with patients.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited institution is necessary.
• A CA and MA APRN License are mandatory; additional state licenses are advantageous.
• Active CA Furnishing license and MA prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices are required.
• Must be available to work full-time, committing to a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
