Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care across SteadyMD's various programs, which include, but are not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring, and primary care.

• Perform evaluations through video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages, including adults and pediatrics.

• Serve a diverse patient demographic while demonstrating inclusivity and adhering to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Uphold a compassionate, patient-centered approach to the delivery of care.

• Exhibit adaptability and a growth mindset by receiving training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee, and engaging across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to ensure timely, high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Function as a clinical leader within SteadyMD’s operations, establishing standards for care delivery, professionalism, and collaboration.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to improve program performance and enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in supervision requirements as necessary for credentialing and licensure.

• Collaborate with all teams to secure and maintain additional licensure, as well as SteadyMD or program-specific credentialing requirements when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license (MD, DO, NP) in the relevant states.

• Board certification in a pertinent specialty is mandatory (family medicine, med-peds, emergency medicine).

• A minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience as an NP is preferred.

• Must be proficient in prescribing compounded medications.

• Preference for candidates comfortable with managing complex chronic conditions.

• Must be available to work at least **two full weekends per month**.

• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is preferred.
