Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual clinical care to patients across Canada using Hims & Hers Canada’s telehealth platform.

• Evaluate health information submitted by patients and perform asynchronous and/or synchronous consultations as necessary.

• Prescribe treatments in accordance with relevant provincial regulations, clinical guidelines, and protocols supported by Hims & Hers Canada.

• Accurately and thoroughly document all clinical interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Work alongside the Medical Director to address clinical inquiries, interpret guidelines, and handle escalations when required.

• Apply independent clinical judgment while adhering to established standards of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Canada.

• Experience in treating conditions such as erectile dysfunction or obesity/weight management.

• Authorization to provide telehealth services and prescribe medications within your province(s) of licensure.

• Previous experience in delivering care through telehealth or virtual care platforms.

• Capability to independently review clinical guidelines, navigate an EMR, and manage patient care both synchronously and asynchronously with minimal onboarding support.

• Consistent access to secure internet and a private workspace that is suitable for virtual care.

• Contractors must maintain their own professional liability insurance, licensure, and continuing education requirements.

• Multi-provincial licensure is preferred.

• Familiarity with asynchronous care models is preferred.

• Comfort in a high-volume virtual care environment is essential.
