⛳️ Requirements

• A board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) *or* Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with substantial pediatric clinical experience, along with an active license in at least one state.

• You are responsible and self-driven, as we do not engage in micromanagement.

• You embody Blueberry’s values, ensuring that every parent enjoys a positive experience and every child receives excellent care.

• You possess empathy, effectively making parents feel acknowledged and understood.

• You demonstrate integrity; we do not prescribe solely to appease parents. We adhere to __evidence-based medicine__, and we expect all Blueberry clinicians to maintain that standard.

• You are a collaborative ally to other medical personnel and our customer support team, working together to provide comprehensive patient care.
