Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

• Prescribe and oversee medication management, including detoxification, withdrawal, and MAT protocols.

• Oversee nursing personnel in the safe administration of medications as required.

• Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR).

• Work in conjunction with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and directors.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment alternatives and recovery pathways.

• Address medical and psychiatric emergencies with suitable interventions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, compliance reviews, and initiatives for quality improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN); Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred.

• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.

• Eligibility for a DEA license with Schedule III authority.

• Current CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days).

• Preferred: Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP, PMHNP, or FNP).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or primary care.

• Familiarity with psychotropic medications, detoxification/withdrawal management, and MAT protocols.
