Nurse Practitioner – ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive mental health care that encompasses diagnostic services and medication management.

• Create and execute treatment plans customized to the specific needs of patients, adhering to established best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Work in partnership with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Keep precise and current patient records in compliance with legal and ethical obligations.

• Contribute to the development of treatment philosophies and assist in formulating clinical policies and procedures.

• Concentrate on clinical responsibilities while the employer takes care of client acquisition, billing, support, and operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Vermont license (mandatory).

• Active Vermont DEA license (mandatory).

• Ability to independently diagnose and prescribe medications.

• Must currently possess or be willing to secure independent malpractice liability insurance.

• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD patients aged 18 and older.

• Background in prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medications in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Experience in prescribing medication, ideally within a telehealth framework.

• Provision of a private and professional setting for conducting sessions.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Dependable Internet connection.

• Must be a current resident of the US.
