Nurse Navigator – Overnight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and virtual care by engaging with patients through live messaging, video calls, phone conversations, and/or email communication.

• Record information accurately within the EMR system.

• Adhere to and implement clinically validated triage protocols.

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service for both patients and providers.

• Perform essential nursing tasks, including outpatient testing and medication management.

• Assist patients in troubleshooting technological issues.

• Strive to create a seamless experience for patients in the call center.

• Coordinate lab orders, prescription requests, radiology tests, and other aspects of patient care.

• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the telemedicine experience for patients.

• Help identify technological requirements that can improve the patient experience.

• Undertake additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical hospital setting, preferably within the ICU or ER.

• Possession of an active, unencumbered compact RN license.

• At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

• Strong passion for patient care and triage.
