Nurse Audit Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and assess the performance and effectiveness of the Nurse Audit team.

• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategies to mitigate revenue loss.

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives related to charge capture practices.

• Supervise and manage the NA audit workplan for all Ensemble clients.

• Create and uphold departmental policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

• Required Licensure/Certification: RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent.

• Preferred Licensure/Certification: CCDI, RHIA, RHIT, COC, PMP, CPMA, or equivalent.

• Minimum of five years of experience in revenue integrity or revenue cycle operations.

• Prior management experience in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with CPT/HCPCS/Revenue codes.
