Nurse Advisor, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• IntellaTriage Nurses relish the advantages of remote work, delivering care without the stress and costs associated with daily commuting!

• Possess demonstrated experience in a dynamic, critical-thinking setting; including Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Surgical Services.

• Commit to a minimum of one shift per weekday (Monday to Friday).

• Enjoy preferred scheduling for weekday shifts.

• Work two weekends every three weeks, covering both Saturday and Sunday during those weekends with rotating hours.

• Undergo a three-week training program. (Week 1: Day shifts on Monday and Tuesday, followed by Wednesday; then complete 8-10 shifts during Weeks 2 and 3 primarily in the shift you were hired for, based on the schedule and availability of our trainers).

⛳️ Requirements

• **MUST possess or be willing to obtain a Compact Nursing License** (States with pending legislation or future implementation dates are not considered current compacts until the implementation date).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Background in a fast-paced environment, such as Emergency Department, Surgical Services, or Critical Care.

• Comfortable with technology and capable of accessing various applications remotely to document during calls.

• Proficient typing ability.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an asset.

• Must reside physically in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work for any employer.

• Ability to complete the three-week orientation and training (Schedule detailed in this posting).

• Availability to work Saturday and Sunday on your team's designated weekends; 2 out of every 3 weekends.

• Required to work on holidays as per rotation.

• Capacity to manage stress and multitask effectively during peak call times (minimum of 5+ calls per hour on weekdays and significantly higher on weekends).

• Skilled in communicating with patients and families empathetically while adhering to client protocols.

• Must maintain CEUs as required by the states from which you are answering calls.

• Attendance at any in-services and additional training as required.

• Must successfully pass a background check and nurse licensing verification.
