Number Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the process of transferring telephone numbers among carriers.

• Ensure precision, compliance, and a seamless experience for customers.

• Address porting-related requests, number acquisition, Caller ID, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve issues.

• Establish a foundation in telecom operations — comprehensive training will be provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in learning new software tools (CRM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira).

• Enthusiasm for learning about telecom, VoIP, and number portability processes.

• No previous telecom experience is necessary — training will be provided.
