Number Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete number provisioning process, including intricate KYC/identity verification for restricted markets.

• Implement number porting initiatives for clients and internally, addressing specific challenges related to porting and validation criteria.

• In addition to maintaining the status of number inventory, conduct regular cleansing projects to enhance accuracy, integrity, and reduce costs.

• With the involvement of our regulatory teams, assist in audits by regional authorities and contribute to the assessment and adaptation of current and future service offerings to ensure compliance.

• When necessary, define, analyze, and submit back office migration or LNP tasks aimed at consolidating, diversifying, improving quality, or achieving cost savings.

• Assist in resolving customer issues related to number reachability, incorrect spam tagging, debugging SIP signaling, or CLID display problems as needed.

• Work collaboratively with internal team members to further optimize, enhance, and automate operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in Telecoms or CCaaS, particularly in number provisioning and/or LNP.

• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and the intricacies of legacy PSTN.

• Proficient in Excel (handling large datasets), experienced with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce), and familiar with data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, or Kibana.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing data and documentation.

• Strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven with outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Comfortable working autonomously and managing operational queues.

• Effective communicator across cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English.
