📋 Description

• Ensure precise communication between speakers of English and non-English languages during calls.

• Deliver specialized service across various sectors and guarantee transparency throughout the conversation.

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Always be ready to take notes during conversations.

• Possess knowledge of the specific terminology relevant to the industry of interpretation (particularly in healthcare and medical fields).

• Deliver all messages accurately and thoroughly, without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Maintain the highest standard of customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing accurate and complete interpretations of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Show enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Communicate and report to your team leader regularly.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
