Nuclear Fuel Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee fuel accounts and sales for clients across the Americas

• Manage relationships with PWR and BWR fuel clients concerning fuel and component-related issues

• Drive the sales process utilizing conceptual selling and mutually beneficial business strategies

• Track forecasting precision, Orders Entered (OE), Sales, EBITDA, and Margin as Sold (MAS)

• Act as the customer's representative within Westinghouse and the primary point of contact

• Grasp customer requirements, pinpoint business opportunities, and contribute to business planning

• Maintain both short-term and long-term customer opportunities in D365

• Oversee partnerships and foster productive relationships

• Work alongside Fuel Solutions Managers to identify products and core/fuel engineering solutions

• Create customer account plans for fuel manufacturing, core/fuel engineering, and control rod blades

• Formulate opportunity-specific capture plans

• Establish target pricing/value pricing and target costs

• Guide the offer process and value proposition

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field

• Over 7 years of experience in sales, business, engineering, or operations with increasing complexity and responsibility

• Familiarity with financials, including the correlation of sales, margin, and Orders Entered (OE)

• Proven experience in generating financial plans that positively impact margin and EBITDA
