πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Tasked with responding to incoming phone inquiries about retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists.

β€’ Collaborate with a team of associates and kickstart your financial services career in our call center!

β€’ Build a strong foundation through our paid associate training program and receive ongoing coaching for your role and career advancement.

β€’ Work alongside our team and clients to: Deliver exceptional service within our call center for customers’ retirement savings accounts, Educate and empower our clients without needing to make cold calls or sales, Relay important plan updates and modifications, Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals, Implement general account modifications as directed by the customer.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Willingness to work a 40-hour week, outside of standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday shifts.

β€’ An associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (which may include fields such as food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience.

β€’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

β€’ Ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements.
