Norwegian Speaking Customer Expert – Car Sharing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking travelers utilizing car-sharing platforms.

• Handle inquiries related to vehicle rentals, booking processes, and account management.

• Address technical challenges and travel-related questions effectively.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to uphold service excellence for travel clients.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Offer insights to enhance travel service protocols.

• Navigate intricate travel logistics to ensure smooth mobility solutions.

• Native or fluent proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Strong command of English for effective communication in a multicultural team.

• A valid EU passport is required to support relocation to Greece.
