This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for developing and sustaining a strong pipeline of both existing and new opportunities to meet sales objectives within the designated geographic area.
• Foster relationships and build trust with current customers and potential clients.
• Recognize, capture, and clearly articulate customer requirements while presenting suitable solutions.
• Conduct presentations and deliver persuasive communications to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure exceptional customer experiences are provided.
• Address customer concerns by investigating issues and collaborating with product experts across divisions to identify and implement prompt solutions.
• Actively participate and represent the organization at trade shows, industry conferences, and seminars; assist with additional marketing initiatives as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, communications, and call reports in Salesforce CRM.
• Regularly refresh and ensure the accuracy of CRM data.
• Prepare sales reports as needed and engage in sales team meetings.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong working knowledge of the product line, with the capability to understand and convey technical features, differences, and advantages.
• Broaden technical expertise by reviewing professional literature, participating in internal training, building professional networks, and engaging in industry organizations.
• Stay informed about changes in the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and market developments.
• Willingness to travel sufficiently to cover the territory, including overnight stays for scheduled client meetings, as well as attending trade shows, training sessions, and corporate meetings.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, representing Afinitas with utmost integrity.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Openness to extensive travel to maintain consistent contact with the company's customer base.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Solid technical aptitude with a strong ability to learn and apply technical knowledge related to products and processes.
• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to remain composed and professional, especially during high-pressure situations and peak activity periods.
• Keen attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet all internal and external deadlines related to work.
• Competence in working independently as well as within a team environment.
• Personal accountability and pride in the quality of work produced.
• Strict compliance with safety protocols is mandatory.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000.
