This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate the marketing, business development support, growth initiatives, association strategies, and pursuit management activities for the Northeast Division.
• Manage Northeast growth initiatives and annual planning activities related to growth.
• Organize monthly growth meetings with divisional leadership, monitor, report, and implement growth strategies for the division.
• Ensure visibility into significant opportunities, initiatives, and action items.
• Assist in pursuit planning, kickoff activities, proposal development coordination, schedules, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Uphold data quality and opportunity tracking within HubSpot.
• Analyze pipeline trends and deliver regular growth, pipeline, and sales reports to divisional leadership.
• Develop strategies and manage association memberships, sponsorships, budgets, conference attendance plans, abstract submissions, and volunteer opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of annual client workshops, seminars, outreach campaigns, event promotions, technical presentations, and initiatives to enhance industry visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, and/or management of growth programs.
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms is preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Preferred experience in fields such as engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, and/or municipal markets.
• Knowledge of organizations including ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA.
