Northeast Area Manager, Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS) while fostering their development.

• Oversee the successful deployment of the CSS team, ensuring compliance with operational standards.

• Provide strategic direction to the team to effectively assist patients throughout their prescription journey.

• Analyze available data to identify and test hypotheses regarding specific drivers and obstacles.

• Leverage analytical tools to track call activities and team capacity.

• Collaborate with the platform team to enhance future iterations of technological solutions.

• Create, implement, and execute comprehensive skill development plans for direct reports.

• Offer consistent coaching through field visits and meeting interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a role that necessitated an understanding of the specialty drug prescription landscape, preferably in Immunology.

• At least 2 years of experience in Immunology and Patient Services is preferred.

• Experience in field management and/or home office settings is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel extensively (75%+).

• Ability to analyze data effectively and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Proven leadership skills and a strong track record of driving results.

• Ability to motivate team members and prioritize critical projects and deadlines.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Valid driver's license: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and satisfy safe driving criteria.
