North America Regional Product Manager, Protein Diagnostics

📋 Description

• The Regional Product Manager for North America is tasked with ensuring the commercial success, growth, lifecycle management, and customer adoption of the PDX product range throughout the United States and Canada.

• Collaborating closely with Global Product Management, Commercial Leadership, Regional Marketing, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Technical Support, and Field Applications, the Regional Product Manager drives revenue growth, expands market share, and enhances customer satisfaction.

• This role merges strategic product leadership with operational execution, encompassing product launches, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, field enablement, and commercialization initiatives.

• Serve as a vital customer-facing representative for the designated portfolio across North America.

• Collect and convert customer insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Formulate and implement North American product strategies that align with global business objectives and address regional market needs.

• Track key performance indicators and propose corrective measures when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• An MBA, advanced scientific degree, or equivalent business experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, commercial strategy, sales leadership, or similar roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.

• Proven track record of managing product portfolios and fostering commercial growth.

• Experience in launching and commercializing products in the United States and/or Canada.

• Background in regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical laboratory settings is required.

• Familiarity with reimbursement, laboratory economics, and healthcare market dynamics is preferred.

• A demonstrated capacity to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.

• Expertise in advanced product lifecycle management.

• Robust financial, forecasting, and portfolio management skills.

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a complex commercial environment.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening.
