
North America Marketing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the marketing strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with regional revenue, growth, and retention goals.
• Identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, analyze competitive dynamics, and recognize emerging trends.
• Convert regional priorities into actionable marketing plans, which are executed through the Global Marketing Center of Excellence.
• Act as the representative voice of the North American market during global planning and product launch discussions.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to foster new business growth across all educational segments.
• Work in partnership with Customer Success teams to enhance product adoption, renewals, and opportunities for customer expansion.
• Create and refine sales enablement resources, messaging, and market insights.
• Oversee the regional implementation of significant product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure that campaigns, events, webinars, and customer communications align with regional market requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to product and global marketing teams regarding customer responses, objections, and market opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance in the region, including pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage data and reporting to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with global marketing operations teams to enhance attribution, funnel visibility, and performance measurement.
• Support regional events, conferences, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
• Engage with state partners, educational organizations, and key customer stakeholders to reinforce market presence and customer relationships.
• Represent Britannica Education at industry events and customer engagements.
• Over 7 years of marketing experience in EdTech, education publishing, SaaS, or similar industries.
• Proven track record of closely partnering with sales organizations to drive revenue growth.
• Strong grasp of demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in supporting both acquisition and customer expansion initiatives.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
• Experience in delivering presentations to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a background in using data to inform business decisions.
• Familiarity with the K–12 education market is advantageous; experience in higher education is also a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, sales planning, and regional business activities.
• Compensation: 120000-130000 USD/year
