This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with incoming leads from nonprofit organizations to assess their requirements and provide guidance and support.

• Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify challenges and potential opportunities.

• Communicate across various platforms – including phone, email, and video – with warmth and clarity.

• Become well-versed in our product offerings and confidently articulate technology features and benefits to nonprofits.

• Ensure accurate data management and activity monitoring within HubSpot and our wider technology ecosystem.

• Share valuable insights that contribute to enhancing our processes and improving the customer experience.

• Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and the standard of service you would expect to receive.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales, support, or another customer-facing role.

• Proven experience in managing a high-volume pipeline and engaging or selling through various channels.

• Strong active listening and storytelling abilities with a knack for authentic connection.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on tone and clarity.

• A self-motivated individual – comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid changes, and experimentation.

• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting nonprofits and an interest in technology and social impact.

• Bonus if you have knowledge or a passion for:

• Experience within the nonprofit or social impact sector.

• Previous experience as an SDR or CSR in a SaaS or technology company.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools.
