This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Operator Contact: 70% of time allocation. Responsible for making, obtaining, and securing sales. Develop and sustain sales through product presentations and customer interactions on behalf of CORE clients as directed.
• Establish and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio consisting of at least 35 accounts by contacting them every 60 days.
• Conduct a minimum of 12 sales calls each week.
• Present a minimum of 3 clients during each sales call.
• Use CRM for planning and reporting sales activities, setting targets, planning objectives, and self-management by entering all relevant information in real-time and adhering to all assigned deadlines.
• Leverage data to generate new sales at your designated contracts.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned non-commercial objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with distribution to drive new sales through opportunity identification and compliance management.
• Maintain and update operator profiles, including buyer contacts, priorities, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliation, distribution channel, and client competitive information.
• Manage administrative time efficiently, preparing for and securing the essential sales tools (samples, programs, POS, etc.) required for a professional sales presentation.
• Contribute to team efforts as required and requested by management during company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings.
• In-person, on-premise, “Face to Face” sales calls with customers are a core requirement of this position.
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capable of utilizing Teams and other software designated by CORE as selling tools.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary.
• Strong sales aptitude and a desire to achieve success.
