This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct age-appropriate medical histories and virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, recommend treatment plans, and document findings in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional patient care while ensuring safety standards are upheld.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records for patients and review their medical history during each visit.
• Seek consultations or referrals with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients effectively.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as required.
• Assess, triage, and manage both pediatric and adult patients for acute care, with experience in chronic disease management and mental health issues.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research and trends actively.
• Offer administrative assistance or cross-coverage for reviewing laboratory test outcomes.
• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Over 3 years of experience post-residency in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient environment.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
• Eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state; residing in an IMLC state is essential.
• Experience and comfort in providing care across all age groups, from newborns to adults.
• Capability to operate within an integrated medical practice.
• Extensive clinical expertise across a broad range of areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven proficiency with technology.
• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal healthcare program, including Medicare or Medicaid, and not identified as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services or the General Services Administration (GSA), nor reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
